Privacy policy

StorySong processes the story, recipient details and delivery email you submit solely to create and deliver your order, operate the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

What we collect

We collect form content, order and payment references, technical logs and analytics events. Paid checkout is currently unavailable. When checkout opens, the payment provider will be identified before you pay and will process payment details under its own privacy policy. StorySong does not store full card numbers.

How stories are used

Your story is sent to contracted AI and infrastructure providers to generate your requested content. It is not sold or published by us. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Retention and deletion

Order records are retained for support, fraud prevention and accounting. Generated files and source stories can be deleted upon a verified request unless law requires retention.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support. Analytics can be limited through browser privacy controls.
